Join us for a hands-on pizza-making experience that celebrates the flavors of fall and winter. Guided by our culinary team, participants learn the art of hand-stretching dough, layering fresh seasonal toppings, and baking pizzas to perfection. Each class features ingredients inspired by the season, allowing guests to create pizzas that are both flavorful and reflective of the time of year. Guests also enjoy tasting Central Coast wines throughout the class, perfectly paired to complement their creations. Participants leave with the skills to craft their own delicious, rustic pizzas and enjoy a warm, festive culinary experience perfect for sharing with family and friends.
