Meet the Newest Face at Alisal Ranch: Chef Adam Measurall.
Our Culinary department has added another talented chef in Adam Measurall. Please join all of Alisal in welcoming Adam to our wonderful team. Adam will be overseeing the kitchens of the River and Ranch Grills, working with Erik in the development of these restaurants. He has already begun in the process of developing new items for the River Grill menu. We were lucky enough to have his delicious offerings at his tasting prior to him joining. Adam joins us after being the chef at the Leroy in SLO for over the past 4 years and before that was the Executive Chef at The Far Western Tavern in Orcutt for over 5 years. He also cut his chops at restaurants in Santa Barbara including Toma (Emilio’s) and Seagrass.
