From welcoming new arrivals in the barnyard to gathering outdoors under wide skies, spring invites guests of all ages to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple beauty of ranch life.

Spring welcomes two distinct experiences to the ranch this year: the lively energy of Spring Break (March 8–April 18), filled with classic ranch gatherings and outdoor adventure, and the relaxed beauty of Boots & Blooms (April 28–May 21), a springtime celebration inspired by the ranch in full bloom.

Spring Break is one of the most spirited times to experience Alisal Ranch, with a full schedule of activities designed for guests of all ages. Days are filled with outdoor adventure and family-friendly programming, while evenings bring the ranch’s most beloved traditions to life. Don’t miss our Wednesday Night Rodeo & BBQ, a longtime guest favorite, along with the Saturday Grand BBQ, where great food, live music, and Western tradition come together under the stars.

Following Spring Break, the ranch settles into Boots & Blooms a relaxed springtime celebration inspired by the land in full bloom. This seasonal experience is woven throughout the guest stay, from fresh, locally inspired dining and spring-forward cocktails to select hands-on classes and moments that invite a deeper connection to the ranch. Guests can slow down and savor the beauty of the season through thoughtfully curated programming, including special experiences like a flower cookie-making class with Elizabeth Poett.
