Wellness Weekend at Alisal Ranch promises an immersive experience blending the serene backdrop of the ranch’s natural beauty with a curated selection of classes and events designed to invigorate and refresh attendees. Wellness Weekend begins Friday, September 13th through Sunday, September 15th.

Each day will begin with revitalizing yoga sessions, included in the nightly rate. Guests can stretch and center themselves amidst the tranquil surroundings, setting the tone for a day of wellness and rejuvenation. As part of the weekend’s itinerary, participants will have the opportunity to partake in a sound bath, a deeply immersive experience known for its therapeutic effects on the mind and body. Additionally, there’s an ear seeds class led by Sherrie Matthews, providing insights into this holistic practice aimed at promoting wellness through acupressure. Enjoy a guided hike amongst the rolling hills and natural beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley.

A highlight of the weekend is the chance to experience Sherrie Matthews’ renowned acupuncture facials, available separately for those seeking an extra layer of relaxation and rejuvenation. This personalized treatment offers a unique fusion of traditional acupuncture techniques with modern skincare, promising to leave guests feeling refreshed and radiant.

Please note: The 22 % Ranch Fee both helps offset the cost of various amenities made available to guests of the Alisal Ranch and funds additional compensation to the employees who provide service to our guests. The amenities provided include two branded water canteens, a bottle of wine in each room, Wi-Fi internet access, use of the fitness center, a shuttle to Solvang, bikes, scheduled and seasonal entertainment, tennis court use, fishing bait and tackle, use of non-motorized boats and aluminum boats at Alisal Lake, and various children’s activities, including the barnyard and kid’s arts and crafts. Part of the Ranch Fee is distributed to our service employees as additional compensation to eliminate the need for tipping at the Ranch.
