A Candlelight Dinner Series
January 10th, February 7th, & March 7th
Winterlight is an immersive candlelight dining experience at the historic Alisal Ranch in California’s Santa Ynez Valley. Guests are welcomed into a room aglow with hundreds of candles, setting the stage for a romantic and unforgettable evening filled with fine dining, wine, and live music.
Each dinner in the Winterlight series features a multi-course, seasonally inspired menu crafted by our Executive Chef and paired with exceptional local wines or spirits. The series begins on January 10 with Storm Wines, continues on February 7 with Rod & Hammer SLO Stills, and concludes on March 7 with Carhartt Family Wines.
This is the only event of the year that is open to the public. Must be 21+ years to attend. Tickets may be purchased through our Ranch Concierge for $150 per person (pre-tax and service fee. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.). Guests are also encouraged to make a weekend of it, with dinner tickets included in overnight packages.
Blending the warmth of flickering candlelight with the flavors of California ranch cuisine, Winterlight highlights locally sourced ingredients, artisan pairings, and live music to complete the ambiance. It’s a uniquely intimate dining experience that captures the timeless charm, understated luxury, and rustic elegance of Alisal Ranch.
