Whether you’re visiting us or looking to bring a taste of Alisal home, this cocktail is sure to transport you into the heart of fall.

Paper Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Cocktail

Pair your meal with this fall-inspired cocktail that puts a holiday twist on the classic Paper Plane. It’s a delicious blend of bourbon, Aperol, lemon juice, and allspice, perfect for a cozy evening in.

Ingredients:

-1 oz Rod & Hammer Bourbon

-1 oz Aperol

-1 oz Lemon Juice

-0.5 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

-0.5 oz Amaro Nonino

Instructions:

1.Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

2.Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.

3.Garnish with a charred dehydrated orange wheel.
